"I've had to call 4 times to cancel the full account that I had and get proper refunds for the policy that should have been canceled already. Every time I've called in it's been a different excuse as to why it wasn't canceled fully and a new document needed to be signed. I have been told today that all of this has been because I should have known this was all individually needed even though my first call in request was to close the full policy account and to not pay them anymore as I have everything through a different company, yet the young lady did not email me all cancelation forms or inform me of the necessary parts and steps that are separate. She just told me I just needed to sign the one form that was emailed and it would be done. They even hung up on me when I pointed out this should have all been sent and explained by them on the first call in and not over multiple calls, therefor is not my fault but theirs. Very unprofessional team that is handling things in horrible ways. Especially the young lady I've had to deal with multiple times through call and email because she couldn't get everything sent to me and explained to me in one call, and she thinks I should know how their systems fully work without any explinations being given to me until I call in upset that I'm still being charged when I requested cancelation of the full account multiple times. It should not take multiple calls and angering me over the course of a few months to get a full account closed."
